Suspects of espionage in the Brazilian-Ukrainian rocket launching program

As published by Folha de S. Paulo, buoys with radiotransmission equipament were found in beaches around the Alcantara launchpad area, where the where the rockets of the Brazilian-Ukrainian project are going to be launched.
